After completing the Phipps Master Gardener Program, she continued her education as a student of the Landscape Design and Horticulture Program at Allegheny Community College, South Campus. Pursuing her passion for great landscape design she regularly attends educational forums to expand both her horticultural and landscape construction knowledge.
Phyllis’s devotion to professionalism has led her to membership with GardenComm, the Association for Garden Communicators, an organization of professional communicators in the green industry. Over the years, she has contributed to many garden-related blogs and publications as a freelance garden writer.
